Every project is scoped before work begins. You receive a written scope of work with day count, deliverables, and total cost. No scope creep charges.
For recovery, adoption, and optimisation projects delivered through the ADOPT framework, pricing is based on a fixed day rate with a transparent minimum engagement.

ADOPT+ covers operational break-fix only. Configuration changes, new features, workflow development, and training are delivered through Enhancement Hour Banks.
