Clearpath CRM is the Data Controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Name
- Business email address
- Telephone number (if provided)
- Company name (if provided)
- Information included in your enquiry
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type (processed by our hosting provider)
We do not collect special category data.
We do not collect payment card information via this website.
3. How We Collect Data
3.1 Website Contact Form
When you complete a contact form:
- The form is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
- The submission is delivered directly to our Microsoft 365 Outlook mailbox.
- No form data is stored on the website.
- No form data is stored in a website database.
3.2 Direct Contact
If you email or telephone us directly, your details will be processed within Microsoft 365.
3.3 Hosting Infrastructure
Our website is hosted by Vercel. As part of delivering website infrastructure, Vercel may process limited technical data such as IP address and request metadata.

We rely on the following lawful bases:
- Legitimate interests – responding to enquiries and operating our business
- Contract – where processing is necessary to deliver agreed services
- Legal obligation – where required under UK law

We use personal data to:

- Provide information about services
- Deliver contracted services

- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.
We do not currently send marketing communications.

Enquiry emails are stored within Microsoft 365.
We retain correspondence only as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
If you become a client, relevant information may be retained as part of contractual records.
7. Data Sharing
We may share data only where necessary with:
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email services)
- Vercel (website hosting infrastructure)
- Microsoft Graph API (contact form submissions. Enquiry data is transmitted via Microsoft Graph API directly to our inbox and is not stored on our servers)
- TidyCal (appointment scheduling. When you book a consultation, your name, email address, and selected appointment time are processed by TidyCal to confirm your booking and send calendar invitations. TidyCal’s privacy policy is available at tidycal.com/privacy-policy)
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
